INSTALL GFORTRAN LINUX UPDATE
The workaround I recommend right now is to update python in your root environment. It is insufficient for conda to unset them only at deactivation time, because any conda operation done with the inner env activated will use the outer python, and will fail. _PYTHON_SYSCONFIGDATA_NAME_USED=_sysconfigdata_x86_64_conda_cos6_linux_gnuĪll Python 3.6 installs use these vars (and we backported these vars to earlier python versions). _PYTHON_SYSCONFIGDATA_NAME=_sysconfigdata_x86_64_conda_cos6_linux_gnu Package cache : /home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/pkgs Root environment : /home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install (writable)ĭefault environment : /home/yfeng1/anaconda3/installĮnvs directories : /home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/envs ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_sysconfigdata_x86_64_conda_cos6_linux_gnu' _temp = _import_(name, globals(), locals(),, 0) User_base = getuserbase() # this will also set USER_BASEįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/site.py", line 248, in getuserbaseįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/sysconfig.py", line 601, in get_config_varįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/sysconfig.py", line 550, in get_config_varsįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/sysconfig.py", line 421, in _init_posix Known_paths = addusersitepackages(known_paths)įile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/site.py", line 282, in addusersitepackagesįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/site.py", line 258, in getusersitepackages (root) anaconda-recipes]$ conda update pythonįile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/site.py", line 541, in įile "/home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install/lib/python3.6/site.py", line 522, in main The following packages will be DOWNGRADED: The following NEW packages will be INSTALLED: Package plan for installation in environment /home/yfeng1/anaconda3/install:
